Where can I download my product from?

On the checkout page, look for the download icon (see above) – click on that and it will take you directly to your download(s). You will also receive a download email with your download links. If you do not see that email, make sure to check your spam folder and if it is in there, please add the store.crimsoncircle.com to your accepted contacts. Also, once you are logged in to the store, you can go to your account at the top of the page and click on history.

What if I accidentally delete my download?

You can find your download under your account at the top of the page, under history to get to your downloads.
