The human brain is the most complex organism in the cosmos, according to Adamus Saint-Germain. It was originally designed to allow angelic beings to navigate in physical reality. Over eons of time, countless layers of backup and redundancy systems have been added, and this burdensome system is now inhibiting freedom. Adamus explains the origins of the brain-mind and invites you to go beyond its limitations. As you integrate the wisdom, the Master emerges to rewrite the story of your life and a whole new angelic sense of Thought is born.

The mind is a narrow spectrum of light that creates stories, identities and emotions based on data received from the brain. The stories became self-perpetuating, leading to doubt and suffering. This brain-mind has kept you in physical reality, and now it’s ready to serve you in a whole new way.

Ultimately, wisdom gives you the bigger picture, helping you realize that it is all your light, your imagination. The Master is here, observing itself in all the lifetimes, stories, and experiences, now making the wisdom available to you, the human. And now, Thought itself evolves into something completely new.

Sessions

1 – Origins of the Brain-Mind (1:03:06)
Noting that this is like a long-awaited prison break, Adamus explains the origins, purpose, and physical attributes of the brain itself. The brain was created to enable angelic beings to navigate in physical reality, but with many layers of complexity added over time, it has become sluggish and unwieldy. It’s time now for a new efficient system not burdened by doubt and questions.

2 – The Human Senses (1:02:52)
After giving suggestions on how to support the brain’s functions, Adamus describes how the human senses provide data for the mind to interpret, even explaining how one can literally begin seeing and sensing the other realms.

3 – Stories, Light, and Wisdom (46:46)
The mind is not inside the brain but is actually a narrow spectrum of light, of your imagination. Therefore, you can imagine it different. The mind creates stories, and then loves justifying those stories. It’s all just part of your light, but the mind likes thinking it is separate. You can change the story at any time, allowing the New Light of wisdom and giving yourself true freedom.

4 – Attributes of the Mind (1:01:35)
Adamus talks about the mind’s short attention span and incredible ability to composite diverse data points into a coherent reality. He then notes the various categories of human thought – logical, emotional, creative, and self-aware – and the impact of the Atlantean headbands, which we are now releasing.

5 – The Master Emerges (45:03)
The majority of this session is a beautiful merabh with yourself in the role of the Master – an essence that has always existed. As the dust settles from the chaos of all your lifetimes occurring simultaneously, the Master now rises from the rubble into a new landscape of love and New Light. Everything changes as wisdom brings absolute simplicity.

6 – The Sense of Thought (24:39)
This is a unique add-on session, recorded by Adamus during the final in-person Metaphysics of the Mind workshop. Building on multiple workshops, he declares that Thought is now becoming a new angelic sense as the brain-mind takes wings. It’s a whole new way of perceiving and creating, enabled by transformations that Shaumbra are allowing within themselves.
